The Father’s Provision: All For Him

Jan 28, 2021

“One day spent in your house, this beautiful place of worship, beats thousands spent on Greek island beaches.    I’d rather scrub floors in the house of my God than be honored as a guest in the palace of sin.All sunshine and sovereign is God, generous in gifts and glory. He doesn’t scrimp with his […]

The Father’s Kingdom: Set For Eternity

Nov 26, 2020

“Don’t love the world’s ways. Don’t love the world’s goods. Love of the world squeezes out love for the Father.    Practically everything that goes on in the world—wanting your own way, wanting everything for yourself, wanting to appear important—has nothing to do with the Father. It just isolates you from him.    The world […]

The Father’s Presence: Special Treatment

Oct 5, 2020

“Then those whose lives honored God got together and talked it over. God saw what they were doing and listened in. A book was opened in God’s presence and minutes were taken of the meeting, with the names of the God-fearers written down, all the names of those who honored God ’s name.     God-of-the-Angel-Armies […]

The Father’s Guidance: Be A Blessing

Aug 4, 2020

“Summing up: Be agreeable, be sympathetic, be loving, be compassionate, be humble. That goes for all of you, no exceptions. No retaliation. No sharp tongued sarcasm.    Instead, bless—that’s your job, to bless. You’ll be a blessing and also get a blessing.    Whoever wants to embrace life and see the day fill up with good, Here’s […]

The Father’s Joy: Spiritually Fit

Jul 23, 2020

“Don’t grieve God. Don’t break his heart. His Holy Spirit, moving and breathing in you, is the most intimate part of your life, making you fit for himself. Don’t take such a gift for granted.”Ephesians‬ ‭4‬:‭30‬ MSG Did you know that you can grieve God? You can break His heart?  He is Personal yet Almighty, […]

The Father’s Joy: Excellent Harmonies

Jul 10, 2020

“Summing it all up, friends, I’d say you’ll do best by filling your minds and meditating on things true, noble, reputable, authentic, compelling, gracious—the best, not the worst; the beautiful, not the ugly; things to praise, not things to curse.    Put into practice what you learned from me, what you heard and saw and realized. […]

The Father’s Pursuit: Without Delay

Jun 24, 2020

Andrew, Simon Peter’s brother, was one of the two who heard John’s witness and followed Jesus.   The first thing he did after finding where Jesus lived was find his own brother, Simon, telling him, “We’ve found the Messiah” (that is, “Christ”). He immediately led him to Jesus.   ‭‭John‬ ‭1:40-41 ‭MSG‬‬ What’s the very first thing you do […]

The Father’s Pursuit: Sound Leadership

Jun 16, 2020

“A good leader motivates, doesn’t mislead, doesn’t exploit. GOD cares about honesty in the workplace; your business is his business.    Good leaders abhor wrongdoing of all kinds; sound leadership has a moral foundation.    Good leaders cultivate honest speech; they love advisors who tell them the truth.   Good-tempered leaders invigorate lives; they’re like spring rain and […]

The Father’s Pursuit: Start Really Living

FROM THE COMMUNUTY

Yesterday my mom fell again walking outdoors at her apartment…She is okay & was released from hospital after a few hours. On the drive to West Bend after we got the call…I found complete peace just loving my God & knowing He was in control of the situation no matter what it was. And then reading your devotion today made my heart cry out with a love for Him that can’t be put into words.
Thank you & thank you & thank you for listening & obeying the Lord.
