The Father’s Faithfulness: Each Day A Gift

Oct 28, 2019

“We plan the way we want to live, but only GOD makes us able to live it.”‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭16:9‬ ‭MSG‬‬ Good morning! Are you up? Do you have a plan for your day? Maybe it’s full. Maybe not so much. Maybe it’s a vacation day. And then again, it could be another day in the salt […]

The Father’s Desire: My Sustainer

Jul 17, 2019

“If you start thinking to yourselves, “I did all this. And all by myself. I’m rich. It’s all mine!”—well, think again. Remember that God, your God, gave you the strength to produce all this wealth so as to confirm the covenant that he promised to your ancestors—as it is today.”Deuteronomy 8:17, 18 MSG “Have you heard […]

The Father’s Invitation: The Ultimate Password

Jan 7, 2019

“On your feet now—applaud GOD! Bring a gift of laughter, sing yourselves into his presence.   Know this: GOD is God, and God, GOD. He made us; we didn’t make him. We’re his people, his well-tended sheep.   Enter with the password: “Thank you!” Make yourselves at home, talking praise. Thank him. Worship him.    For GOD is […]

The Father’s Desire: The Source of Your Character

Dec 6, 2018

What a relationship! A deep, abiding relationship! Every time this person crossed the Apostle Paul’s mind,  he couldn’t help but thank God for him. Was it this person’s friendship, kindness, and generosity that were on-display? Those would be great attributes of a co-worker to appreciate. But Paul went deeper. He went to the Source of […]

The Father’s Comfort: Remember Me

Sep 14, 2018

Having given thanks, Jesus broke it and said, This is my body, broken for you. Do this to remember me. After supper, he did the same thing with the cup: This cup is my blood, my new covenant with you. Each time you drink this cup, remember me. What you must solemnly realize is that […]

The Father’s Reach: Consistent Gratefulness

Dec 18, 2017

“Be cheerful no matter what; pray all the time; thank God no matter what happens. This is the way God wants you who belong to Christ Jesus to live.    May God himself, the God who makes everything holy and whole, make you holy and whole, put you together—spirit, soul, and body—and keep you fit […]

7The Father’s Provision: Start To REALLY Live!

The Father’s Provision: Start To REALLY Live!

Oct 23, 2017

“My counsel for you is simple and straightforward: Just go ahead with what you’ve been given. You received Christ Jesus, the Master; now live him. You’re deeply rooted in him. You’re well constructed upon him. You know your way around the faith. Now do what you’ve been taught. School’s out; quit studying the subject and […]

The Father’s Care: Renewed From The Inside

Jun 19, 2017

“Though some tongues just love the taste of gossip, those who follow Jesus have better uses for language than that. Don’t talk dirty or silly. That kind of talk doesn’t fit our style. Thanksgiving is our dialect.” Ephesians 5:4 MSG “Thanksgiving is our dialect.” So what is a dialect? “A socially distinct variety of a […]

9The Father’s Calling: Keeping You Spiritually Fit

The Father’s Calling: Keeping You Spiritually Fit

May 17, 2017

“Be cheerful no matter what; pray all the time; thank God no matter what happens. This is the way God wants you who belong to Christ Jesus to live. 10The Father’s Heart: Extraordinary Love

The Father’s Heart: Extraordinary Love

Mar 13, 2017

“This is how much God loved the world: He gave his Son, his one and only Son. And this is why: so that no one need be destroyed; by believing in him, anyone can have a whole and lasting life. God didn’t go to all the trouble of sending his Son merely to point an […]

FROM THE COMMUNUTY

Yesterday my mom fell again walking outdoors at her apartment…She is okay & was released from hospital after a few hours. On the drive to West Bend after we got the call…I found complete peace just loving my God & knowing He was in control of the situation no matter what it was. And then reading your devotion today made my heart cry out with a love for Him that can’t be put into words.
Thank you & thank you & thank you for listening & obeying the Lord.
